1、定義：玻璃纖維短切原絲氈（簡稱短切氈）是將玻璃纖維經(jīng)短切成50毫米長度后，無定向地均勻分布，經(jīng)聚酯粉末、聚酯乳液粘結(jié)劑粘結(jié)而成的無堿或中堿玻璃纖維無紡氈制品。

Glassfibre chopped strand mat (briefly as CSM) is an non-woven E-or C-glassfiber glassfibre which is made of chopped strands of 50mm in length, which are randomly and uniformly dispersed and bound together with polyester binder in powder or emulsion form.

3、產(chǎn)品包裝，貯存與運輸

短切氈應(yīng)卷繞在內(nèi)徑為76mm的紙管上，每卷氈用聚乙烯塑料袋進行包扎，裝入紙箱內(nèi)。如短切氈寬幅為1040MM，外箱尺寸為：長28CM*寬28CM*高1070MM。產(chǎn)品垂直或水平放置。采用集裝箱運輸時可散裝也可托盤包裝。托盤尺寸為：長112*寬112*高10CM。

短切氈貯存在干燥陰涼、防潮防雨的室內(nèi)，建議溫度控制在15℃～35℃，濕度控制在35%～６５％，如若不用請勿打開包裝或扎緊包裝口，以免受潮。

Products package and storage, transportation

Chopped strand mat will be wrapped up paper pipe of 76mm inner diameter, and polyvinyl chloride film will be used for packing and sealing and then package them with carton.such as width of 1040mm,The carton size will be:28L*28W*H1070cm the mats should be put horizontally or vertically. It’s allowed to be packaged by bulk and pallet when shipping by containers.When package by pallet ,each pallet vertially 16 cartons.The pallet size will be :112L*112W*H10 cm

Chopped strand mat should be reserved indoor with drying, cool, wet-proof and rain-proof condition. It suggests that temperature should be control within 15℃～35℃ and humidity should be control within 35%～65%. The covering memberane shall be no opened until applying

4、應(yīng)用：

短切原絲氈主要應(yīng)用于手糊成型，模壓成型，離心澆鑄成型,機械成型等玻璃鋼成型纏繞工藝�？蓮V泛應(yīng)用于汽車附件，衛(wèi)生潔具，化工防腐管道，冷卻塔，貯罐、船舶、建筑構(gòu)件,家具等各種玻璃鋼制品。
